I have so many new challenges in coming few weeks: learning French, learning to drive... I don't have much confidence about driving, maybe because I am not good at direction, not good at making quick decision ??
I DO understand if I don't know how to drive, it will cause a lot of inconventiences to me and my kids in here. But to character, I used to try my best to get thru those difficulties, and this time, it will be the same !

Learning French !
Due to the change of our status in Canada, I am eligible to take the language course provided by MAGMA. It is a non-profit organization, which receives the funds from Federal and Provincial Government, and it provides service and supports for new immigrants. I have the hoice to take either English or French as they are the offical language in Canada.
I decided to take French, as Moncton is a bilingual city, which I wish I can speak French with people too.
Another reason behind, it is because Moses will go French immersion next year in grade 3, if I know French, we can learn together, which will be fun and I hope I can support him as much as possible. I totally understand it is not easy to learn French, I will try my best.
Also, if I have the French course in MAGMA, it can also provide the childminding for kids, Micah can join their class , similar as a playgroup. I believe Micah will love it! Too good that both of us do not have to pay money but can both learn new things!! yeah!

a sick little boy
Micah started coughing since last Friday, we took him to see doctor but no infection, fever were found.
Last Sat midnight, he started to have fever at 38.3, we sent him to after hours clinic again on Sunday afternoon, he was dignosed as flu, luckily no infection.
Poor him he couldn't sleep well in the midnight due to stuffy nose and non-stop cough, In Canada, when we visited doctor, you won't get prescription if you just got the virus , common flu.
I hope he can sleep well again tonight.

His weight!
As Micah is a picky eater, I always concern that he cannot get good nutrition with unbalanced diet. Three months ago, I asked my family doctor to follow up this for him, and Micah has done the blood test to ensure he has enough iron, and if he has any other issues . Thanks God that he is doing well with his blood test, and he finally gained 3 pounds within this three months. Remember he didn't gain weight between from Sept to Dec, this time I should shout " yeah!!!!!!!!!" . Though he is still very tiny, skinny, he only has 28 lbs , I think it is fine as long as he is healthy and active !

parent meeting March 24
Today we went to Moses's school for parent meeting, actually it isn't parent meeting with teacher, it is the time that kids have to present their profile to their parents about what they did in the class. Moses showed me his creative writing, and what he thinks he has been doing great, and what he thinks he needs improvement. I like the whole idea, and I love his presentation too!
His writing now is awesome! I hope he can keep it up and do much better to prepare the upcoming Provincial assessment in May. He also showed me how they learn the maths in school, what his strategies for doing maths. I found that kids can be motiviated to do more in the class, so nice.
